Coming soon: Plant-based Uniq Burger in south Scottsdale

Uniq Burger, a new concept specializing in plant-based burgers, is coming near the northwest corner of Hayden and McDowell in south Scottsdale.

The menu: Burgers made with 100% plant-based ingredients.

Projected opening: Fall 2021.
