Flower Child, Valley-based restaurateur Sam Fox’s healthy dining concept, opens its newest location Tuesday on the northwest corner of Santan Village Parkway and Williams Field at SanTan Village in Gilbert.

The space: Flower Child shares a building with its Fox sibling North Italia, which opened last week.
The chain: Flower Child now has 28 locations in 10 states.
The hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
