Pulque, an upscale Mexican restaurant on the southeast corner of Hayden and Mountain View in Scottsdale, has closed after nine months.
The announcement: ‘‘We are announcing the closure of Pulque fine Mexican Cuisine as of 09/30. With our dearest sincerity, we would like to thank all of you for coming in and sharing a smile as you enjoyed our slice of Hispanic cuisine!’’
The history: Chef Danny Medina (Dominick’s Steakhouse, The Capital Grille) opened his 48-seat eatery in late December.
