Coming soon: Rusty Taco to open 3rd Valley location near downtown Tempe

Rusty Taco, a Dallas-born chain of Tex-Mex fast-food restaurants, plans to open its third Arizona location in March 2022 on the southeast corner of Seventh Street and Forest (about a block north of The Chuckbox) near downtown Tempe.
