K-38 Beach Mex Cantina, the Mexican eatery that had a soft opening last week on the southwest corner of Alma School and Ocotillo in south Chandler, postponed its official launch Tuesday at the last minute due to ‘‘staffing issues.’’ No new date has been announced.
