Now open: Tacos Calafia brings its Tijuana-style tacos to Ahwatukee

Tacos Calafia, which began as a Peoria food truck but has become a fast-growing chain of restaurants specializing in Tijuana-style tacos, has opened its sixth bricks-and-mortar location on the southeast corner of Chandler and 48th Street in Ahwatukee.
