Santé, a high-end organic-focused restaurant and ‘‘grab-and-gourmet’’ marketplace from EVO founder Nick Neuman and longtime friend Nico Doniele, has opened in the former Brunch Cafe space near the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Greenway in north Scottsdale.
