House of Tricks owners Bob and Robin Trick announced they intend to retire and close their iconic Tempe fine-dining restaurant at the end of June after 34 years in business. The downtown restaurant on the northwest corner of Seventh Street and Forest was sold this week, but the Tricks are leasing it back through June and will keep it open for happy hour and dinner until then.
