Matty G’s Steakburgers & Spirits, a locally owned group of popular bar and grills, has opened its sixth restaurant – and fourth in the East Valley – in the former BurgerIM building near the northeast corner of Gilbert and the
Da’Bayou Creole Kitchen, which supplanted The Brass Tap in downtown Gilbert in 2020, has been replaced by Tasted, a meal prep and catering company.
Copper 48, the downtown Gilbert gastropub that launched in 2016 as Nico’s Heirloom Kitchen before rebranding last January, has closed.
