Patent 139 Brewing has begun its soft opening in the former Third Base sports bar space with a lakeside patio on the southeast corner of Dobson and Ray in Chandler. Owner Tim Hass (whose family holds the patent – No. 139 – for the famed Hass avocado) and chef Jared Martinez previously worked together at Ballast Point Brewing in southern California.
