Just a few days after unveiling its new winter menu items, Salad and Go, the Gilbert-born chain of drive-through salad eateries, opened its 42nd Arizona location Monday on the northwest corner of Ironwood and Ocotillo in Queen Creek. On the same day, the fast-growing concept also launched its seventh location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
