Clever Koi fast-casual spinoff Clever Ramen opens in south Scottsdale

Nicholas Campisano and Joshua James, the guys behind Clever Koi, have opened a new fast-casual concept, Clever Ramen, on the ASU SkySong campus on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and McDowell in south Scottsdale. The menu offers Clever Koi-inspired build-your-own ramen bowls, bao buns, and more.
