After a three-year absence, Arizona PBS kicks off a ninth season of its most popular show, ‘‘Check, Please! Arizona,’’ at 7 p.m. Thursday. The 30-minute show, which features three guests reviewing restaurants with host Mark Tarbell each week, had been canceled in 2018 and replaced by ‘‘Plate & Pour.’’
