Cava, a Washington, D.C.-based Mediterranean fast-casual chain that bought Zoës Kitchen in 2018, has opened its second Valley location in the former Zoës near the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Greenway in north Scottsdale. The first opened in the former Zoës in east Phoenix in December.
