Frenchie Pizza, which opened in July in the Crossroads Towne Center on the southeast corner of Gilbert and the 202 in south Gilbert, has closed temporarily due to a staffing shortage. ‘‘Rather than offer subpar quality, we have chosen to temporaily close the location,’’ the restaurant wrote in an email to patrons.
