Frozen Creamery, a house-made ice cream and coffee shop next to Venezia’s Pizza on the northeast corner of Cooper and Ray in Gilbert, has been locked out of its space after five years in business. New owners, who moved to Arizona just last week, say they intend to find a new location as soon as possible.
