Benny Blanco Tortillas, a favorite at the Gilbert Farmers Market and other markets around the Valley, will open a bricks-and-mortar storefront next month on the southwest corner of Idaho and the Apache Trail in Apache Junction. It sells 17 different kinds of wheat and corn tortillas.
