Ab Lattouf and Nichole Morris, who bought The Horny Toad in Cave Creek in a couple years ago, are turning another of their restaurants – Desert Rose Pizzeria Gastropub & Steaks near the southeast corner of Glendale and 59th Avenue in Glendale – into a second Horny Toad location.
