Mokas Cafe, a pair of popular breakfast-and-lunch eateries in Kansas, will make its Arizona debut with Mokas Bakery & Bistro just south of the Fry’s Marketplace on the southwest corner of Higley and Baseline in Gilbert. The cafe, which offers a variety of specialized coffee drinks, will have a drive-through.
