California Fish Grill, a Los Angeles-based chain of fast-casual seafood restaurants that made its Arizona debut in Mesa in December 2020, will open a second location in the former IHOP at the Camelback Colonnade on the southeast corner of the Piestewa Freeway and Camelback in Phoenix. Look for the opening in late spring.
