Rio Rico Mexican Grill, a 17-year-old Sonoran-style sit-down restaurant on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Guadalupe in Gilbert, is moving across its parking lot to the former Casanova Bros. Pizza & Pasta building. The pizzeria closed last October. Look for Rio Rico to move into the larger (5,000-square-foot) space this spring.
