First & Last Kitchen & Bar opens on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix

First & Last Kitchen & Bar, a modern American restaurant with a ‘‘Bohemian desert oasis’’ vibe and a menu that will change seasonally, has opened in the former Rott n’ Grapes space on the northeast corner of Roosevelt and Third Street on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix.
