Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll, a local chain of fast-casual Vietnamese restaurants, has opened its fourth location on the southeast corner of the 202 and Rural in north Tempe. A grand opening will be held Sunday, Feb. 20, when customers will receive 50% off their orders. Additional locations are coming to Chandler, Gilbert, and Paradise Valley.
