Mr Fries Man, a California-based concept selling build-your-own plates and boxes of fries topped with a choice of meat (including shrimp and crab), will make its Arizona debut this spring on the southwest corner of Fifth Street and College – across from Sun Devil Stadium – in north Tempe.
