Coconut’s Fish Cafe to open 3rd Scottsdale location in late March

Hawaii-based fast-casual seafood chain Coconut’s Fish Cafe, which closed its south Chandler location in late 2020 due to lack of business, is finding better luck in Scottsdale, where it plans to open its third location in the city near the northwest corner of Scottsdale and Mayo in late March.
