Just days after new owners moved to Arizona and were locked out by their landlord, house-made ice cream and coffee shop Frozen Creamery has reopened in the same space on the northeast corner of Cooper and Ray in Gilbert. New hours are noon-9 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
