Tucson-based Eegee’s announced it will officially open its third Valley location on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Willis – kitty-corner from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center – on Thursday, March 3. (A soft opening will be held 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, with all proceeds donated to a Gilbert charity.)
