Bottle & Bean Coffee House & Wine Shop, a new concept from developer Spike Lawrence and restaurateur Tom Kaufmann, has opened in the former Press Coffee space at the Downtown Ocotillo development on Queen Creek between Dobson and Price in south Chandler. The duo also are behind Downtown Ocotillo’s The Living Room, Rock Lobster, CHoP Chandler, and Sea & Smoke.
