Mifan Claypot Kitchen, the latest Asian restaurant from Valley chef and restaurateur Johnny Chu, has opened in the Muse Apartments complex on the northwest corner of Central and McDowell in downtown Phoenix. Besides the eponymous clay pot dishes, the streamlined menu offers soups and seafood entrees.
