Frank Spaccarelli, who launched Italian restaurant Pacino’s in northeast Mesa in 2013, has opened a fast-casual New York-style pizzeria, Rocky’s Got Pizza, named after his grandson, on the southwest corner of Power and the 202 in southeast Mesa. The space formerly was home to Zella’s Pizza and Cheesesteaks.
