After years of promises, teases, and false starts, it looks like Los Angeles is finally getting a Pizzeria Bianco. Valley restaurateur and chef Chris Bianco, who has a home in Hermosa Beach, Calif., has inked a deal to launch one of his famous pizzerias in the former Paramount Coffee Project space downtown. He’s hoping to open in May.
