Tuesday is IHOP National Pancake Day, meaning you can get a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. at participating IHOP locations throughout the Valley. Diners are encouraged to make a donation of any amount to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
