Bellevue, Wash.-based Ascend Hospitality Group is bringing two new concepts to downtown Tempe this spring. Anoche Cantina, a modern cantina with a build-your-own margarita bar, is taking over the former El Hefe space on Mill Avenue. Six40rty, a sports bar/nightclub with lawn games, is moving into the former Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row space on Sixth Street.
