Mr. Rice Asian Cuisine, a restaurant focusing mainly on Americanized Chinese dishes, has opened on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Williams Field in Gilbert. Entrees include dishes such as fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, mu shu pork, and kung pao beef.
