Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, a Louisiana-based chain of family-friendly sports bars, announced the grand opening of its first Arizona location will take place next Monday, March 14. It’s taking over the former Sweet Tomatoes building on the southwest corner of the 202 and Ray in southeast Gilbert.
