A Nebraska-based restaurant group has opened three new concepts – Cham Pang Lanes, an Asian-infused restaurant with six duckpin bowling lanes; Ghost Donkey, a tequila and mezcal bar; and Palma (pictured), an “urban botanical sanctuary” – in a building near the southeast corner of Roosevelt and Second Street – just south of Arizona Wilderness Brewing – in downtown Phoenix.
