Missouri-based Andy’s Frozen Custard, the world’s largest dessert-only franchise, has opened its fourth Arizona store on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Warner in Gilbert. The menu features sundaes, shakes, concretes, and jackhammers (concretes with a filling). Andy’s also has two stores in Mesa and one in Phoenix.
