The Valley’s food and drink community is mourning the death of Nicole Learmont, who lost her two-year battle with brain and lung cancer Sunday. Learmont, 44, a mother of two, was bar manager at Dos Gringos and helped her longtime companion, ‘‘Chopped’’-winning chef Adam Allison, operate the Handlebar Diner in southeast Mesa. Condolences to her family and friends.
