Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, a Louisiana-based chain of family-friendly sports bars co-owned by former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, has made its Arizona debut in the former Sweet Tomatoes building on the southwest corner of the 202 and Ray in southeast Gilbert. The menu features duck and andouille gumbo (pictured), crawfish étouffée, fried catfish, and alligator tail.
