Los Sombreros takes over operation of SunUp Brewing’s last taproom

SunUp Brewing in Phoenix announced Los Sombreros is now managing its remaining taproom, which will expand its hours to 11 a.m.-10 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. weekends. The brewery previously had two taprooms in small side-by-side brick buildings at Camelback and Third Street. The Mexican restaurant took over SunUp’s other taproom and kitchen in 2019.
