Etta, a neighborhood restaurant specializing in wood-fired pizzas and pastas, announced it will open Wednesday, April 6, in the former Brio Tuscan Grille space at Scottsdale Quarter in north Scottsdale. The concept is from the same group behind high-end surf and turf restaurant Maple & Ash at Scottsdale Waterfront.
