Prix fixe restaurant Course to take over Baked Bear space in Scottsdale

Cory Oppold, a former executive chef at Tarbell’s and Atlas Bistro, is opening Course, a modern American restaurant offering prix fixe seasonal menus, in the former Baked Bear space next to the Harkins theaters on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale. Look for a fall opening.
