Gilbert-based Uncle Bear’s Grill & Tap, which opened its first non-southeast Valley location in Paradise Valley in December, is adding another in the former Tipsy Coyote space on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Bell in north Scottsdale. No opening date has been announced.
