Three Thirty Three, a new Asian-inspired concept, has leased the last available restaurant space at The Watermark, the $150 million mixed-use development along Scottsdale Road on the north side of Tempe Town Lake. The 11,300-square-foot restaurant from Washington-based WGE Capital Group is scheduled to open in time for the 2023 Super Bowl in the Valley.
