Chino-Mex, a 2-year-old Asian-Mexican hybrid restaurant in south Phoenix, has opened a second location in the short-lived Bibio Modern Korean Kitchen space on the northwest corner of Kyrene and Chandler in west Chandler. The menu features birria ramen, build-your-own bowls, and Mexican milkshakes.
