Sake Haus, a Tokyo alley-style sushi and cocktail bar that’s the newest concept from Valley restaurateur Julian Wright, has soft-opened next to Wright’s Pedal Haus and Kähvi Coffee in the monOrchid building on the northeast corner of Roosevelt and Second Street in downtown Phoenix. A second Sake Haus is in the works in the former Rula Bula space on downtown Tempe’s Mill Avenue.
