Fire Tiger Dessert Cafe, an international chain with locations in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, will make its U.S. debut in the former Pho Winglee strip-mall space just south of H Mart near the southeast corner of Main and Dobson in west Mesa. The cafe, expected to open in June, takes its name from the house specialty – a milk tea with a caramelized crème brûlée topping.
