Call Her Martina, a family-run, upscale restaurant featuring classic Mexican dishes with a modern twist, has opened in the former Zoe’s Kitchen space near the southeast corner of Camelback and Marshall Way at the Scottsdale Waterfront. Menu highlights include a fresh tuna tostada with piloncillo-tamarind marinade, char-grilled octopus with squid ink-infused risotto (pictured), and a Wagyu chile verde burger.
