La Fonda Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, which moved into its new building on the southwest corner of Chandler and Dobson in Chandler last month, holds its official grand opening party – plus its 55th anniversary celebration – this weekend. There’ll be a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. Thursday and a DJ from 4-9 p.m. Friday. Dine-in specials will include $3.55 margaritas, $5.55 bean dip, $12.99 No. 1 combos, and more.
