Pad Thai Cafe, a two-family-run Thai restaurant, has opened in the former Matty G’s strip-mall space on the southeast corner of Union Hills and 51st Avenue in Glendale. Chef’s specialties include Panang Short Ribs, slow-braised in a coconut curry paste, and Spaghetti Kee Mao Talay, a spicy spaghetti stir-fried with seafood.
